OFSTED

Both The Cheadle College and Marple Sixth Form College were recently inspected by Ofsted who found both of the colleges to be ‘good’, with several areas judged to be ‘outstanding’.

Some of Ofsted’s conclusions about the college include:

“ambitious to be an outstanding college within its community, and for its community.”

“the inspirational leadership, collective will and passion of staff to improve provision are having a positive impact”

“a dynamic and relentless culture of improvement”

The Cheadle College is very proud of its latest Ofsted inspection – but we will also continue to strive to improve standards and the quality of our work across all our departments and disciplines.
